SHORE IS HEAVEN! This beautiful three-bedroom, three-bathroom vacation rental home is in the quaint community of Magnolia Cottages by the Sea, beautifully integrated into the surrounding nature. Mornings can be spent chilling on the screened in porch before wandering through the winding oaks to spend the day on the silky sugar sand beaches of 30A. Inside this incredibly cozy home, the living room features comfy couches for watching the big game on the flatscreen TV. There is a full bath that is right off the living room to clean up after a day at the beach. The kitchen features a large stainless fridge and plenty of space for family meal preparations. There is also additional seating for five along the kitchen bar which invites gathering & community for the whole family. At the end of a nice day, enjoy a homemade meal with family and friends on the large screened-in porch and relax! Moving through the home, there is a there is a king master with en-suite, a bedroom with two full size beds and a queen bedroom that has a private bath for a relaxing soak at the end of a long day at the beach or pool. The deeded/private beach is a short walk away. Magnolia Cottages just updated their pool and it its now heated! We can assist with adding chairs, umbrellas etc for your beach days. Shore is heaven is a short distance away from the hottest 30A hotspots- you can easily walk to Alys Beach or bike to Rosemary! Incredible restaurants like Edwards & Caliza have the best cocktails and cuisine in the area. There are endless nightly events going on and plenty to keep you entertained. Seaside is only a five mile drive to the east. There is something for everyone at this sensational home!
