Maid service is provided up to three days per week (subject to availability) to keep the property clean and spotless. The service includes cleaning, laundry, garden and pool maintenance. The Villa is located in Faja da Ovelha, Calheta - south west coast of the Island, an area blessed with stunning unspoiled countryside, bird wildlife (binoculars recommended) and quaint villages Paul and Jardim do Mar only minutes away. It is a mere 15 minutes drive from the seaside resort of Calheta. The Villa is south west facing with excellent exposure to the sunshine, offering more than 180 degree panoramic views of the Atlantic, a lighthouse, countryside, coastline and incredible sunset views.
Experience absolute tranquillity and relaxation. Completely renovated in modern style with rustic features, tastefully furnished to a high standard. The Villa benefits from a swimming pool 10 x 5 metre with a heated shower, built-in BBQ with a large patio lit up for open-air dining. With an open-plan layout, the villa is spacious and offers maximum natural light, it also offers a furnished veranda and breakfast room both overlooking the sea.
Even if the weather gets gloomy (rarely) there is plenty to do at Villa Miradouro. There is a large fireplace in the living room along with oil filled radiators available throughout. A large 55" Smart TV with included Netflix subscription and YouTube as well as support for Amazon Prime, Disney+, AppleTV and other streaming providers is available for your viewing pleasure. There are many books for you to choose from the bookcase as well as a large selection of board games (chess, cards, family games, puzzles, etc.).
