PROPERTY AND BOOKING INFORMATION - Please read the full property description and booking information and policies below before submitting a Reservation Request. This property is being offered to rent by Beaches of South Walton Vacations, LLC. If you click on Reservation Request or Booking Request, you are attempting to make an actual reservation with Beaches of South Walton Vacations and not just inquiring about the property. This Seamist gulf front condo is in Seacrest Beach Florida between Rosemary Beach and Seagrove Beach. This condo is unit 7 on second floor. The unit has a beautiful gulf view from inside the unit and from the wide balcony. A minimum age of 25 is required to rent and stay at the property. Children visiting with their parents are welcome. The maximum number of people that may occupy the unit including adults and children is six. Pets or smoking are not allowed at the property. Trailers of any kind, boats, or RV's are prohibited. Parking is minimal, so only one vehicle is usually allowed in peak season. 4-night minimum stays are usually required Memorial Day weekend, Labor Day weekend, and major winter holidays, and a 7-night minimum stay is usually required July 4th week. Shorter stays will be considered closer to arrival dates if the property has not booked. We do not charge for a damage deposit in advance and do not require anyone to purchase Damage Protection Insurance that would cost extra, however, we do require that a valid MasterCard, Visa, or American Express be held on file at the Beaches of South Walton Vacations rental management office to have for any damage should it occur during your stay at the property. This is required even if you choose to purchase Damage Protection Insurance that is offered to you from the Vrbo advertising site. After submitting a Reservation Request please watch for our reply as we will send you a message that you will need to reply to before we accept your Reservation Request. Reservations are not complete until a representative from our rental management company reviews our policies verbally with the the person who is paying for the reservation. After accepting your Reservation Request we will call you usually within a day or two unless specified otherwise. The person that pays for the reservation is also required to sign and return a Reservation Confirmation form that we email directly from our company office after we speak over the telephone. Full payment is required when booking through the Vrbo advertising site. You can elect to buy travel insurance. If you do not buy travel insurance through the Vrbo advertising site, we provide contact information to the travel insurance company in the materials we send after a reservation is made, and you can check into it later if you would like. If you buy travel insurance, the insurance company can sometimes reimburse you for monies lost should you need to cancel for an emergency.
