Alcalá Street, just a few metres from the apartment, in addition to being the longest avenue in Madrid, is full of life and has local shops and stores of very popular brands.
The constant development of this area has turned it into the location of important television production studios, large administrative centers and important companies, in addition to being very close to the Alcalá Norte Shopping Center. Due to its good connection, you can easily go to Ifema and the northern area of Madrid, as well as reaching Gran Vía, Opera, La Latina and other strategic places in Madrid in just minutes and in direct line. Located on the 2nd floor of this building with an elevator, a 25 square metre apartment with capacity for 3 people distributed in an open multifunctional space. The main living area is very spacious and gives a pleasant feeling of comfort. There, several environments are combined: a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary and with an attractive central high table, a large armchair to sit on, a single sofa bed, and a rest area with a very comfortable double bed and a SmartTV where you can connect your Netflix, HBO, Spotify and etc. accounts. The apartment is very bright thanks to its large window that spans the entire wall. The apartment also has a fully equipped bathroom with a shower.
