The RUBIK apartments are located in the Alcalá Norte area, close to the intersection of Alcalá Street with Arturo Soria Street, a neighbourhood in Madrid originally known as Pueblo Nuevo, which has increasingly adapted to the times with new housing developments for younger people seeking areas well connected to the city centre and their workplaces. Alcalá Street, just a few metres from the apartment, in addition to being the longest avenue in Madrid, is full of life and has local shops and stores of very popular brands.
The constant development of this area has turned it into the location of important television production studios, large administrative centers and important companies, in addition to being very close to the Alcalá Norte Shopping Center. Due to its good connection, you can easily go to Ifema and the northern area of Madrid, as well as reaching Gran Vía, Opera, La Latina and other strategic places in Madrid in just minutes and in direct line. Located on the 5th floor of this building with an elevator, a 33 square meter apartment with capacity for 3 people distributed in a bedroom, living room and a complete bathroom with a shower. An apartment made with great care by and for people looking for a cozy place.
The magnificent living room has a dining area and a rest area with two comfortable individual sofa beds and a SmartTV where you can connect your Netflix, HBO, Spotify and other accounts. The living room is very bright thanks to its wide wall-to-wall window. The modern kitchen is integrated into the living room and is fully equipped with everything necessary.
From the living room, the corridor that connects the rest of the house leads inside. The room is very elegant and spacious with a comfortable double bed, a built-in wardrobe and a large desk. The bedroom window faces the inner courtyard and is south-facing, and for this reason the bedroom is very quiet and has plenty of natural light.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms to be perfect on the hottest days.
