Lovely large room with two double beds, sofa bed and chair, Flat screen TV with sky TV, high speed wifi, tea and coffee making in the room. The main shower/bathroom is upstairs and shared. It’s a 4 minutes walk from the train station and close to the coastal bus route into Brighton and Worthing. 10 minutes walk from Shoreham airport. My place is close to restaurants, pubs and cafes, the beach, family-friendly activities, and the twice monthly, very popular farmers' market. My place is good for families, couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers The space We have a large townhouse situated right on the River Adur, with a large south facing balcony. 4 minutes walk from the train station. Easy access to Brighton and London. Frequent Bus services going to either Brighton and Worthing. A Great base if you love walking/cycling the South Downs Way. Guest access kitchen with laundry facilities and breakfast dining area. But we are a very welcoming family and hope to make your stay feel comfortable.

Summary: Kinda hard to list this property as it’s not an apartment (but you can use the kitchen) and it’s not just a room as it’s the size of small flat with plenty of space and your own wc on your own level of the house so it’s private too. It’s large, well furnished and fantastic location with a small car park just opposite it’s a great place for a couple of night stay.
