End of terrace house just a few minutes walk to the beach. Private driveway outside house that can fit two cars and free parking around the area too.
Entire house with 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom. 1 king size bed, 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Family bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and sink and separate downstairs WC.
Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, double oven and fridge freezer.
Lounge has 2 three seater sofas and 1 armchair and a 65 inch smart TV.
Dining area has an extendable dining table and chairs and a smart TV. Comfy L shaped sofa in sunroom.
The bedrooms upstairs sleep 5 persons. If booking the house for 6 or 7ppl please note there is a double pull out mattress floor bed. This is located in the lounge and will have to be pulled out to sleep on at night. There will not be room for it in any of the upstairs bedrooms but there is room downstairs. There is extra bedding located in the main bedroom wardrobe with fresh covers on. Please help yourself to any bedding, towels etc. located in all of the three upstairs bedroom wardrobes.
2 short legged high chairs, baby baths and changing mat located in back bedroom cupboard.
Iron, clothes steamer and ironing board located in middle bedroom.
Patio & garden area with patio bench.
4 sun loungers and picnic bench that can seat up to 8ppl.
New outdoor sauna that can fit up to 8 people.
5 person Hot tub in garden for use up to 10pm only. House in residential area.
Children’s playground and exercise equipment approximately 5 minutes walk from the house. (Cross over & Walk left of house along and you will find) Photos in additional photo section.

House is in a residential area. No Hens or Stags please. No parties. Please be mindful of neighbours at night time.

The sauna is an outdoor sauna. Please do not use after consuming alcohol for safety reasons.
