Walking distance to the river, views of the river, hot tub/spa, spa like shower, beautiful newly remodeled hardwood. Peace and quiet with activities in walking distance. Excellent restaurants nearby in Guerneville and Occidental. Fully equipped upstairs kitchen plus propane BBQ on deck. Cedar hot tub on lower deck with views of redwoods.
