Positive: Location on the river with a dock and kayaks!! Hot tub. Dog friendly!! Once a grand, old home. Lots seating places throughout house, Sun porch, and lawn. Well stocked kitchen with dishes, pots, and pans.
Negative: Needs tlc. Mold in bathtub, window shade sitting on shelf in bathroom. Old carpet/throw rug. River towels and Hot Tub towels used to be provided but no longer. When you call for help, you no longer get the local property management.
