This newly renovated townhome is located only a 1/2 mile from the Everline Resort and Spa, 1 mile to the Main Olympic Village, and 1 mile to an 18 hole Golf course with views of the majestic Sierra Mountains. The lodge-inspired decor with reclaimed, old growth Redwood barrel staves throughout the home is sure to make you feel far away from the hustle and bustle of the city life and welcome you to the great outdoors of Tahoe.
The downstairs includes an open-concept living and dining area with a wood-burning stove and high end furnishings that provide plenty of comfortable seating and complement the sophisticated wildlife decor. The high vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows create a bright and airy atmosphere.
Off of the living and dining area you will find sliding glass doors that lead to the patio with bbq and hot tub. It's the perfect place for family or friend gatherings for all to enjoy! Making your way back to the front of the home, you will find a beautifully done and updated kitchen, a bonus living room with flat screen apple TV with Wii.
The master bedroom includes a king bed, gas fireplace, and en suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have single Queen beds and the 4th bedroom has 2 queen beds.
Whether you're looking to be close to the slopes, or minutes from the lake, this will be a vacation home you'll want to return to year after year!
