Summary: The staff was very friendly. Our room was clean, the bed was just ok comfortable wise. We had a great view. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast, nothing great. The hotel was very clean inside and out. We were at the pool every day. On the day before we left, I was injured while at the pool. A wind gust caught the umbrella and it came out of the table and turned sideways and luckily it was stopped by the light pole. It did hit my hand but certainly could’ve been worse. I have yet to hear from management about the incident. I would love to book another stay here. There was another thing that was a concern. They only have 4 luggage carts for the entire hotel. Myself and 3 others waited in the lobby for one of the carts to return, we all left without one. Please get more luggage carts!!!
