Summary: What a nice little gem! We came in for the week for the sprint car races/Nascar race and wanted to find something fairly close to track but also not far from the strip. This was the place. Off of the major roads so navigation was easy. Such good communication with the owners. They even reached out to me asking when we would’ve landing to let us know that early check in was available. That was AMAZING! Quiet neighborhood and you even get to hear the rooster in the morning We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Vegas.
