Summary: We enjoyed our time at this condo! The location was perfect! Right on the beach and right on 30A, a quick trip to all of the trendy touristy spots and lots of amazing restaurants. The condo had a kitchen and some pots/pans and we made breakfast most mornings. We spent most days at the beach and we loved that the condo was close enough for potty breaks for our kids. Be warned if you stay here there are a lot of stairs(not for elderly or anyone who doesn’t want to walk up and down multiple flights of stairs daily), it wasn’t a big deal for us but it could be an issue for others. The master bed was comfortable and our boys slept on the sleeper sofa, both were fine for the week but nothing luxurious. The condo was clean enough but it really needs a deep cleaning(i.e. baseboards, shower curtain, picture frames). The fan in the living area did not work at all which was frustrating because it would have really helped with the high humidity. We did not call maintenance because we didn’t want to hassle with meeting someone at the condo when we could have been at the beach instead. The lights in the living area were also very spotty…they flickered and sometimes didn’t work at all. The shower was VERY difficult to manage- the knob would only work in certain positions but if you tried to adjust the water temp it would turn it off(hard to explain but very frustrating and obviously not working at it should). I would also recommend the facility provide a better broom, we tried to sweep up sand each day and the broom provided was old and didn’t work well at all. It would be nice to have one to keep a handle on all the sand. But other than those minor things, we loved our stay!
