Summary: Very nice place and location. It’s a very roomy house, with great separation of back bedrooms from front entertainment area. Fenced in backyard will be great once pool work is completed. Local park a block away has tennis, pickle ball courts and nice walking path. This would get a 10 rating if some of the small details were taken care of re: cleaning supplies and kitchen soaps and upgraded cutlery. We like to leave properties better than when we arrive and without the proper tools it’s tough to do. Cheers all
