Welcome!
Our One Bedroom two bathroom condo is located in the prestigious Fountain Hills just minutes from the downtown core and world famous "fountain". Extremely clean and tastefully furnished with southwest style furniture to make you feel comfortable and at home. As soon as you walk in you will love the open concept kitchen and living room, tons of natural light from the east facing spacious patio with pool and mountain views, a spacious mater suite featuring a king size bed and walk-in closet, two spacious full bathrooms, and a washer/dryer in unit for your convenience. Unit comes fully equipped with all furnishings, linens, two TV's including basic TV and wifi, and a pull out sofa bed in the living room area in case you have some extra guests staying. Please note - the condo is located on the second floor with no unit above, however you must walk up one set of exterior stairs to access the unit.
Guests will have access to the pool and spa located just downstairs to the unit and there is also a BBQ area just on the other side of the pool. There are several walking and hiking trails within minutes of the property as well. There is one reserved covered carport parking space that you are free to use, if you have an additional vehicle or guests there is ample street parking available free of charge.
The Fountain runs at the top of the hour, every hour and there is a sidewalk which surrounds the park which is lined with beautiful sculptures. There is also a desert garden with labeled varieties of cactus and flowering plants. Please enjoy this unique fountain attraction, in addition there are restaurants, frozen yogurt, a coffee shop and a delightful gift shop among other shopping choices in this delightful downtown.
We want all of our guests to feel right at home and do our best to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, if there is anything you need or feel that is missing from your experience please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
