This farm country getaway sits near the Finger lakes wine trail, 45 minutes from Hiking trails such as Watkins Glen Park and Stoney Brook Park and the Finger Lakes Trail. We are located 1 mile from 2000 acres of NYS public lands with an abundance of wildlife, hunting and fishing ponds. Our home has what you are looking for to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Summary: The property is fantastic! The listing is a bit confusing. It’s really a one bedroom with 2 pullouts. It sleeps 5 at best. The cleanliness is absolutely a 5 star. I stayed with 2 friends. The listing should be a bit more specific. It would be very uncomfortable to have more than 5 people. One couple and two singles is more appropriate. That said, for what we did it was perfect! It is a very quaint and hospitable property! I would recommend for 3-5 adults. Make sure to use the GPS of the address. Don’t rely on the VRBO directions.
