Once you are down the stairs, enjoy one level living with just a few steps between the house, lake, the patio and the huge permanent dock.
Located just 3 miles North of Hammondsport on the West side of the lake. Enjoy lunch and dinner on the patio with the lake views, stroll through historic Hammondsport, take your boat to restaurants, or hit a food truck at the nearby brewery. The best wineries in the finger lakes are just up the hill.
Deep water dock is great for swimming with great fishing right off the dock. Shale beach to ease into the crystal clear Keuka Lake water. Front yard is a great grassy area for kids to play games, or to kick back and take in the gorgeous view.
