Delray Beach Interior Designers home renovated in 2017 with all new furniture, fixtures & kitchen appliances with gas cook top. Located just 1.2 miles from E Atlantic Ave with fabulous boutique shopping, Starbucks Coffee shop, great restaurants that serve breakfast lunch & dinner and close to many fantastic night life locations. Also, the home is a 1.7 miles drive to Highway A1A on the Atlantic Ocean, Delray Beach's popular public beach with public parking. The Delray Beach Marina & Gulfstream Boat Club on the Intercoastal waterway is only 1 mile from the home. Gulfstream Boat Club offers daily pleasure boat rentals and fishing charters. Our home has a large heated pool with spacious back yard & sitting area with TV & a full size grill. All bedrooms have large flat screen TV's plus two large flat screen TV's in the living and family rooms.

Summary: It's a wonderful home with a fantastic back yard and great pool. Was such a nice staycation for me and some friends The hosts are very sweet and helpful and it is in the perfect location just minutes away from the ave, the beach, or the lake. I would stay again. plus the shower pressure is good and the beds are very comfy
