Set on nearly half an acre with 120 feet of prime lakefront, the commanding views are a highlight of the main living and entertainment areas. This tropical haven boasts a 45-foot long Florida room with 10 foot ceilings and walls of glass overlooking the expansive pool area and lake. There’s a 33 x 14 free-form heated pool with attached Jacuzzi spa, stone waterfall, and sun shelf, which is great for little ones! Relax under the oversized tiki hut complete with a wet bar, summer kitchen, and 65-inch flat-screen televisions. You can even launch a kayaking adventure or just sit in the sun and fish from your own private boat dock!
The residence features 4,500 square feet of meticulously finished living space, comprising three distinct living areas and three dining areas, one of which features a custom 11-foot table with seating for 14. The chef’s kitchen, complete with SubZero refrigerator, Viking gas range, double wall ovens, and Bosch dishwasher, features a 12-foot center island with expansive space for meal prep, socializing and informal seating for five. The main living area features a gorgeous floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace, 10-foot vaulted ceilings and seating for eight. The bedrooms are private and perfectly appointed, allowing for time alone and plenty of space to come together with other guests. Everything has been thought of to ensure your stay is not only comfortable, but unforgettable.
