Our rental house is located on a quite ‘cul de sac’ street. Freshly updated and redecorated using high quality furniture and brand new stainless steel appliances. With over 2300 sq ft total area this 3 bedroom home which sleep 6 offers plenty of natural day light. Relax beside the pool while enjoying the scenery of the wonderful lake view. The pool gets sun all day while allowing for some shaded area within the lanai. The large driveway will accomadate 2 cars side by side, the garage space is occupied by the property owners vehicle.
Grandezza is a luxurious golf and tennis community in Estero, ideally located near shopping and fine dining at Miromar Outlets, Coconut Point and Gulf Coast Town Center, as well as being convenient to I-75, Germain Arena, and 10 minutes south of the Fort Myers Airport. For the baseball fan, we are conveniently located near the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins, spring training fields. Social Activities include formal and casual dining, tennis on lighted tennis courts, two swimming pools and many other events at the European-inspired clubhouse.
