Positive: It's very private. Easy access to food and transportation. Though the bathroom is outside my room, there was only 2 of us using it. Aircon and wifi are working well. Good place to stay if u want a quiet area.
Negative: Rooms are not soundproof so if other tenants come home late night and not being considerate, they could be loud.
