You'll enjoy the quiet, simplistic spirit of Whitewood in a quiet valley surrounded by the Black Hills. It's a chance to escape into a peaceful, quiet town, center yourself in nature, and soak up the small town life momentarily. You'll experience quiet mornings on the patio sipping coffee while enjoying the birds sing and the squirrels play. Deer and turkeys are also common visitors here as they bed down in the yard or cross through town to the woods. This property has been renovated from its original use as a historic 1888 barbershop. All updated amenities and top of the line stainless steel appliances. The location is prime for travelers as we are centered in the middle of the BH and right off I-90. Enjoy a peaceful stay in this updated 4BR 1BA home in the charming town of Whitewood-15min to Deadwood, 10min to Spearfish, 7min to Sturgis. With a spacious layout and minimalist approach, this newly renovated charmer is perfect for families with little ones or pets. Great fenced yard with tons of shade trees & patio furniture to relax at the end of the day. Park nearby w/ sledding in Winter and forest hiking in Summer. Because it's a family friendly rental, our main goal is comfort & effortless lodging for all ages and that's what you'll find with our comfortable beds, completely fenced and shaded private back yard, fully stocked kitchen, atmosphere, nearby park, & so much more! Located in commercial district w/ Bullwhacker's Bar a stone's through away and the local wooded park only 3 blocks with hiking and play equipment. The yard is enclosed with a 10' wood fence on one side and a newly added wood fence with gate along the patio. French doors from the kitchen out to the patio allow parents to easily watch pets and children while cooking or relaxing.
