Summary: The property is as described. Refrigerator wasn’t clean but they sent someone to clean the next day. The lil TV in the main bedroom needs to be upgraded and the firestick was missing. The AC unit was control by the renter and I froze the first two nights and I advised them and then the last two nights they got on the heat when it was 82 so I was overheated so please make sure you all adjust the fact that there’s three living quarters in one house and you need to have the controls be in the inside of the house of the renter. Moreover, they can control IT. But overall a nice house but the pool wasn’t cleaned so I couldn’t enjoy it either. 3 out of 5 stars because they were apologetic
