Cheerful home is a house located in a residential quiet and safe neighborhood setting. The house has been divided into 2 parts meaning there are other tenants that live on the premises, but do not have access to the main area of the house, or any of the social areas like pool or backyard! Everything you see in the pictures will be just for yourself… THIS IS NOT A SHARED HOUSE!! People keep asking if it is , but it is not… When one arrives at the location you will enter the front door of the house and once inside you will see a door and bathroom to the left, and then another door to the right of you. Please do not enter those spaces as these areas are rented by others not connected to the listing above. The door guest enter has a 2nd keypad which will be provided on check in day. My tenants DO NOT HAVE ACCESS to this area or any of the outdoor amenities described in the listing. They only share the front door entry of the home.
