Step outside, and you're greeted by the natural beauty of the property, including 2 ponds (one stocked for fishing), 2 creeks, and a breathtaking wildflower prairie. Stroll through the rows of grapevines, sample some of the winery's handcrafted selections, or pick fresh fruit from the nut and fruit trees that dot the landscape—berries, pears, apples, and more. *If bringing children or someone that does not know how to swim please be cautious as the water features are not gated off.
*We provide a complimentary starter pack of essentials to help you settle in, including basic toiletries and paper products. For your extended stay, please plan to purchase additional items as needed.
*Despite our thorough cleaning efforts, the property's natural setting may result in occasional sightings of bugs or wildlife. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the unique environment.
Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
-If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $300.
-Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
-Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
-An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.
-We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
