Positive: Remodeling was nice
Negative: Staff very unprofessional and rude when problem was brought to their attention. They were doing laundry at 10:00pm and machine was so loud and kept awake in rooms close to laundry room. Why does laundry need to be done when people are trying to sleep. Shouldn’t there be rules for that as well as noisy guests.
