Pinehurst Lodge is a custom built, single level split log home located in upper Moonridge and a short drive to the Bear Mountain Ski Resort, our local zoo and golf course.
Step inside this well cared for home and you will be greeted with the cozy family room, with high vaulted pine ceilings, a wood burning fireplace and oversized plush sectional sofa. Enjoy a friendly game of Shuffleboard or watch your favorite show or movie on the large Flatscreen TV.
The dining room offers a modern farmhouse table with ample seating for your entire group and additional seating provided at the breakfast bar. The open concept kitchen offers new stainless steel appliances including a fridge/freezer, gas range/oven, dishwasher and toaster oven. A standard coffee maker is provided.
You can gain backyard and upper deck access from the kitchen area, enjoy a nice wooded view in the fully fenced back yard. Hang out on the deck and grill on the propane barbecue.
Back inside and off the living area are the home's three bedrooms. The master suite offers a King bed, Flatscreen TV, ample closet space and a private bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed and ample closet space. The third bedroom offers a Full over Full bunk, ample closet space, a large Flatscreen TV with an arcade video gaming console.
Completing the home is a full restroom in the hallway and a laundry closet offering a full size washer and dryer. There are additional sleeping arrangements provided in the family room, providing a full size sleeper sofa.
Home Accessibility: This home has a driveway with a downward slope. There are four steps to get to the front entrance, there are no stairs within the home. There are eight steps from the upper back deck to get into the backyard area.
