Crescenta Plains, is located in the Upper Moonridge area and directly across from the Pebble Plains ecological reserve. Entering this cozy classic Big Bear Cabin, you will find yourself in the family room area. With a wood burning fireplace and a flat screen TV, relax and enjoy a movie. This home offers a small video library.
Just off the family room area is the kitchen and dining room. With a cozy breakfast nook and more seating offered at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, gas range/oven combo and a fridge/freezer. Step out back to enjoy the sun on the large deck. The backyard area is fully fenced if you bring dogs.
Back inside and to the left of the family room are two bedrooms, the first featuring a queen and California king bed with TV, the second bedroom offers a full and twin bed. There is a full bath located in the hallway.
Upstairs and completing the home is an expansive master suite. With a private upper deck, you can enjoy the serenity of the Pebble Plains just across the way and also great mountain views. There is a Queen bed and an additional Twin. The master also offers a wood burning fireplace. You will find ample closet space and the master bath offers a jetted bath tub.
