Wake to the sunrise and lobster boats heading out to haul their traps, fall asleep to the calming sound of the tide rolling in or out. Unplug and enjoy the expansive view of the bay and open ocean. Explore the 493’ of bold coast frontage. Quiet and peaceful yet less than 5 miles to town where you will find amenities such as dining, grocery, gas, and gift shops.

Milbridge is a sweet coastal town well situated for many adventures. Visit the eastern-most spot in the US and the picturesque West Quoddy Lighthouse in Lubec. Or head to the Schoodic region of Acadia National Park and avoid the crowds that flock to the larger portion of the park on Mount Desert Island. Take a day trip to Campobello Island (bring your passport) and take a step back in history to the way President FDR spent his summers. There are many local artisans and galleries to visit. Take a private lobster boat tour with Captain Robertson right here in town and check out the puffins at Petit Manan Lighthouse! If you enjoy being physically active there are countless hiking trails and an extensive biking trail called The Downeast Sunrise Trail. There are plenty of places to kayak as well. You’ll run out of time for everything on your list because you won’t want to leave the peacefulness of homebase.
