If you smoke, please stop reading this description. There is NO SMOKING in condo or on BALCONY. Located in Mountain View Condos, which was voted Best Condo complex in Pigeon Forge for the second year in a row, this 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is steps away from everything Pigeon Forge has to offer. The beautiful mountain views from the 7th floor over sized balcony of building 3 give you the feeling of living in the mountains. During the summer months, the fireworks from Dollywood can be enjoyed from the balcony. The condo is easily accessed by elevator with guest carts for moving in and out. Brand new carpet in each bedroom. The living area has a brand new queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress and two new comfy recliners for enjoying the views or watching the new flat screen TV. The kitchen has granite counters and is fully stocked with everything that you will need if you decide to cook including both a Keurig and Mr Coffee machines! All you need to do is bring your own food! The master bedroom has a king sized sleigh bed connected to its own bath with whirlpool tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and is also connected to its own bath with a shower/tub combination. Both bedrooms have their own TV with DVD players. Linens and towels are provided. There is a stackable washer/dryer with a starter supply of detergent.
There are two pools for your enjoyment, one heated (until Oct 31) and one heated year round and enclosed, plus a year round hot tub. The pool area has a large sundeck and covered picnic tables. Pool bands are required to enter the pool area and are available by the condo exit door. Please return all bands to the hanger before checking out. There is a $20 charge for lost bands. Grills are located throughout the complex. Grilling utensils can be found in the kitchen, just bring the charcoal.
Playground equipment is waiting for your little ones to enjoy. You will also find shuffle board, bean bag toss, and a basketball half court and goal to add to the fun. A new walking path with plenty of benches gives families outdoor space to enjoy together.
We are located between traffic lights #0 and #1. The trolley stop is near Dunkin Donuts at the bottom of the hill with service to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Tanger Five Oaks Mall and Walmart are located 1.5 miles away. Kroger, Publix, and Aldi are also near. Ober Gatlinburg is 15 miles away. Dollywood Theme Park and Splash Country are only 10 min away. Le Conte Convention Center and the Cal Ripken sports complex are 1 mile away. Near attractions include Country Tonight Theater, Memories Theater, Titanic Museum, Wonderworks, The Island, lots of mountain coasters, and many others.
