Our home is set up with your convenience in mind, including smart locks with a private entry code, external cameras for safety, and your pups are welcome, please include them on your guest list (please no cats). All appliances are brand new and the home has a fully loaded kitchen to prep your meals or take a short trip to Old town
Our home is set up with your convenience and safety in mind. You'll be sent a code to our smart locks that are specific to your stay and we have security cameras on the outside of the building. This home was built with the intention to provide a great getaway for CSU parents, business travelers or anyone wanting to enjoy our great town!

-Enter into the Kitchen and dining area with a beautiful table and more than enough kitchenware for a group of 6
-All new appliances
-Adjacent open living room with 55" Smart TV
-Pull out sofa w/ Queen 5" memory foam mattress
-Private patio with views of Horsetooth and Lori State Park
Down the Hallway:
-Primary Bedroom: Memory Foam King bed with mutilple pillow options
-Second Bedroom: Queen Memory Foam bed also with plenty of pillow choices

Community Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m - 8:00 a.m - No Parties or Events - No smoking - Dogs are allowed but must be approved and included on your guest list as there is a pet fee associated. Please no cats. Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged $50 for the first hour, and checkouts past 11:00 a.m will incur a fee equal to the rate of the following nights rate. Please no parties or events. A $50 charge per night will be added per person beyond 6 guests. By booking, you acknowledge a charge of $250 or more will be incurred for any smoking violation in on on the property or for any damages and additional cleaning.
