Summary: The condo is well-located within walking distance to Old Town with its many shops and restaurants. It is spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. Although it is larger than my husband and I needed, its location near our son made it attractive to us. The bed in the master BR is in need of replacement, and it would be nice to have some basics provided, such as a box of tissues in the bathroom. Some furnishings are getting worn, like the lampshade of the large lamp in the living room. There were no major problems, however.
