Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is the closest to the beach within Magnolia Cottages. The set up was great, plenty of towels and an incredibly well stocked kitchen. My only recommendations would be it is time to change out that master bedroom mattress and pillows. It was pretty uncomfortable. Also there is charcoal grill. The listing didn't specify the type of Grill. The grates of the grill were nasty and nothing left behind to clean the grates. Lastly the kitchen is well stocked there are almost too many sets of pots and pans, they have locked up the only pantry space. There is not a single cabinet,drawer or place to put any groceries, non perishables, spices. For a family that planned to cook it was very limiting to have to line up groceries on the one counter meant for prep space, also made for a lot of clutter. This would not prevent us from renting again we just know to ask different questions on the future. The decor was beatiful , bathrooms were spacious, plenty of hot water for the family.
