It is always happy hour at Broadwater Villa as the home includes a built-in bar featuring a mini-fridge and ice maker. Dine in style at the large dining table that seats ten people. An additional table will seat an extra four people, perfect for game night. The cooks in the family will enjoy the new appliances and granite countertops in the gorgeously renovated kitchen. Off of the dining area are two guest bedrooms and bathrooms. The first room has a Queen-size bed and the second bedroom has two double beds. The top floor has a stunning master suite with floor to ceiling windows boasting one of a kind ocean views.
