Beautifully renovated historic bungalow with original Douglas Fir hardwood floors. Walk to City Park, bike to CSU and Old Town. Home has WiFi, Direct TV with NFL Sunday Ticket, wet bar with wine fridge and ice maker, wood burning fireplace, outdoor fire pit, garage and driveway parking, and front porch with glass windows for relaxing. Just completed renovations mid summer 2017! West Elm furnishings. Please note that the laundry room is a shared space with a basement tenant. Really nice house in a great spot, wish we could stay here all year!

Summary: We had a wonderful month in this charming house. We visited with lots of family while having our own space. Location was excellent, and we enjoyed our walks to CityPark, the trolley ride and Tuesday food truck night.
