Positive: the house was the perfect size for me, mother, and brother. we were all very comfortable. the landscaping was excellent. i am especially fond of the landscaping. the neighborhood is lovely.
Negative: tv in the basement, but then we would have never seen brother. an empty trash bin :\
Summary: That house is so cute and well tended.
