Two bedroom one bath clean, cheerful bungalow in downtown Fort Collins in a safe, pleasant neighborhood. The Poudre River Trail, Lee Martinez Park, and Little on Mountain are all a quick and enjoyable walk away through cute historic neighborhoods. Private parking makes driving a breeze. Minimum 1 month stay.
We are glad to assist you in any way you need during your stay. We are especially happy to make recommendations in terms of what to do during your stay in Northern Colorado.
The front bedroom has a queen bed and the back bedroom has a double bed. Both beds have a quality mattress topper and 1,800 threadcount sheets. We offer a Lotus travel crib with sheet on request for the little ones.
The kitchen has a stove/oven, microwave, and refrigerator. We have plenty of dishes and utensils, along with basic cookware and dinnerware. Dishes are washed by hand.
The bath is basic but has plenty of cushy towels and a hot shower. We do provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience.
For guests with children, we can offer a travel crib, toys, and a booster seat (high chair) on request.
There is a 43" Roku smart TV wall-mounted in the living room, as well as a record player. There are also a few games and books if you find yourself with time to relax.
There is a private parking space available on the backside of the property but you really don't need it, as there is plenty of free street parking right out your front door.
Since there is no washer/dryer in the unit we provide a professional laundry service where clothes are picked up Wednesday morning from the back deck and returned folded and cleaned the following day.
This is the upper unit of an up/down duplex. There is a garden apartment below you with a separate entrance in the back. Only the yard is shared space.
Please ask if you'd like to arrange to use the garage for storage of a motorcycle or teardrop or something you don't want to leave out but also can't take inside.
