Are you looking to experience a charming neighborhood in the heart of LA? Our newly remodeled home located in the historic Leimert Park area of LA is the perfect place to explore the city. Located centrally, our home is approximately 20 mins from the airport, the beach, Downtown LA and most popular attractions. After exploring the city, you can relax by opening the French doors to a backyard filled with over a dozen fruit trees. Perfect for families or friends traveling together.
Beautifully, newly remodeled home in the historic Leimert Park neighborhood of Los Angeles. All new stainless steel amenities, custom kitchen with marble backsplashes throughout the home, recessed lighting, beautiful bathroom and French doors that lead out to a backyard filled with fruit trees. Fruit trees include Figs, Persimmons, Oranges, Tangerines, Lemons, Plums, Loquats and Pecans. It’s almost like having your own Farmer’s Market at your finger tips. The backyard is still undergoing remodeling, but the fruit trees are mature and bear plenty of fruit depending on the time of year. The exterior of the house is also in the process of getting a new coat of paint. All of the interior renovations are complete.

Summary: Our stay at 3851 Hepburn was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. The property is incredibly well-maintained, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals. The location is ideal—quiet and private yet close to local attractions and restaurants. We loved relaxing on the spacious deck and taking in the scenic views each evening. The host was also wonderful—very attentive and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Overall, this property exceeded all our expectations. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway!
