You'll have your own back house with it's own yard and entrance in a centrally located neighborhood that is within 5-10 miles from LAX, SoFi stadium, DTLA, Hollywood, Venice and Santa Monica beaches. A car is highly recommended.
A full set of pots, pans, knives, and a baking sheet are also provided for those that love to cook.
Fast, 500 mbps internet w/ 4g backup and, upon request, a dedicated workspace that includes a monitor, keyboard, mouse and a laptop stand.
Each room is equipped with a Roku TV and queen-sized bed, and the larger room has it's own private deck/patio.
The living room seats 4-5 with an additional 4 bar stools under the kitchen counter which serves as a bar-style dining space.
You'll have the entire house and fenced in yard. No shared walls.
Preferred communication is through the AirBnB app only. My friend and property manager lives close by and serves as my backup if I am not available.
The unit has all electric appliances that are fully powered by solar panels on the roof for completely green living.
