The home features a king primary suite with a flat screen TV and a newly remodeled bathroom. The second bedroom is a mini suite with a king bed, private sitting area with a flat screen TV, coffee bar and sink and refrigerator. The 3rd bedroom as a full-size bed and a mini-split heater/a/c unit. The adjacent bathroom is shared with the 4th family bedroom. The family bedroom features a king bed and 2 twins along with a sink and access to the yard.
This newly furnished the home invites you in. With both a family game room and a living room there is space for everyone to relax. The family/game room has a basketball and air hockey game and is the perfect hangout regardless of age. Watch TV or compete for hoops. The living room has comfortable seating and is adjacent to the dining area. The newly remodeled kitchen has everything a chef would need. Just off the kitchen is a bar-b-que.
An oversized patio off of the living room is the perfect spot for a family meal. The side yard by the front door is equipped with a wood burning firepit and a great place to hang out in the evening with a libation or to make smores.
