Summary: The La Jolla beach home is lovely and comfortable. The house is almost new, and the owners have assured that it is fully equipped and well maintained. The neighborhood is surprisingly quiet and the narrow sand and rock beaches near one of San Diego’s premier surfing spots are gorgeous. Like many other beach houses, this one has several flights of stairs and the garage is a tight fit. But there appeared to be ample open street parking in the surrounding blocks. Watching the sunrise and sunset from the roof deck were our favorite everyday wonders.
