Located just a 2 short block walk to legendary "WindanSea" Beach is our La Jolla WindanSea Beach home. The home was recently remodeled and is in excellent condition from the cleanliness of the property to the quality, upkeep, and condition from the appliances to the bedding, furniture, and linens! We always ensure the upkeep of our home and its furnishings!
Our two-bedroom, two-bath air conditioned and heated home has bedrooms located on opposite sides of the property which makes for a quiet peaceful night’s sleep. There are 2 beds and sleeps 4. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room that sleeps 2 additional staying guests or if your party of 4 needs a 3rd bed for an additional 1-2 guests. Please inquire.
Located just a short stroll down the street to world famous "WindanSea Beach", you’ll enjoy being able to just stroll down the block and not have to spend time looking for the elusive beach parking!
Our ultra-clean home interior features new furniture, kitchen appliances and cabinets, bedding, 16" thick pillow-topped premium mattresses double encased, linens and bathrooms.

MASTER BEDROOM:
Private en-suite bath with walk in shower, New California King Plush 16 inch thick Stearns and Foster pillow top mattress in the 15 ft. vaulted ceiling with large ceiling fan 8 ft. above bed and new 47" wall mounted Smart flat screen at foot of bed and a private patio just outside the Master bedroom for evening or morning conversations.
SECOND LOFT SYLE BEDROOM
Located at the other end of the property is on the 2nd level upstairs, it is a loft style bedroom and requires climbing loft style stairs.
The loft bedroom is Air conditioned and overlooks the Living Room but is super private and on the opposite side of the house from the Master bedroom. Kids love our Loft Bedroom.! There is all new bedding. New Queen Size Plush Stearns and Foster 16" thick ultra-comfortable pillow top mattress in the beautiful and large private loft style second bedroom.
Just at the bottom of the loft stairs is the full size laundry room and a 2nd full bathroom with tub style shower with frameless shower glass door.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is a pass-through galley type accessible from the master bedroom suite and opposite end living room and along with a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you'll need to prepare your meals.
Dishwasher, Fridge, freezer, wall mounted full size Microwave above natural gas stove\oven, Blender, Automatic coffee pot, coffee grinder, tea pot, all kitchen utensils and eatery.
LIVINGROOM:
Living room has 15' vaulted wood ceiling with large ceiling fan, a Queen size sleeper sofa for 5th and 6th guest provides additional sleeping space for (2), a leather recliner rocker chair, a 65" wall mounted smart Flat Screen TV, with FULL PREMIUM channel cable package (HBO, STARZ, SHOWTIME, CINEMAX, MGM), access to your Netflix account, and High-Speed 5G MESH Wi-Fi 6 internet.
OUR COTTAGE HOME HAS PRIVATE OFF STREET DRIVEWAY PARKING AT YOUR DOOR FOR ONE VEHICLE. RARE IN LA JOLLA!
OUTDOOR SHOWER: for when you return from the beach so you can rinse off your surfboard and wetsuit and to rinse off beach sand prior to entering the home.

• Our home is located in an ultra-quiet family-occupied residential neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter Non-late night groups. Our rental Terms and Conditions includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise or complaints, Over Occupancy, Parties, Events, or Celebrations of any kind. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please be sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with us.
• Smoking is NOT permitted on the premises boundary (from where our driveway meets the street). This includes outside areas. Marijuana is NOT permitted to be Transported, Smoked or Stored on the property boundary. ZERO TOLERANCE EVICTION VIOLATION.
• Please note the loft bedroom requires climbing slightly steeper loft style stairs.
• Please note this home is a NO pet home. Pets, emotional support animals are NOT PERMITTED nor are visitor’s pets or their Service Animals.
• Check-in time is 4:00 PM - Check-out is 10:00 AM.
• Quiet Time begins at 8:00 PM until 7:00 AM. Guests must turn off all external music playing devices and ensure conversations, laughter cannot cause disturbance to neighbors.
• “Mandatory San Diego Vacation Rental Property Ordinance Policy"- Guests must Vacate all outdoor areas by 9:30 PM and move inside for the remainder of the night. No Exceptions.
• Our home has a maximum occupancy of SIX (6) that includes day visitors Max number of people on property may not exceed SIX (6) staying guests and day visitors combined.
• NO PARTIES, CELEBRATIONS, EVENTS, visitor dinner gatherings. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• The entry to the home is secured by a front door smart lock. Prior to your arrival (within 24 hrs.) you will receive an email or message in the VRBO app with your unique smart lock access code that will begin to function at your scheduled check in time.
• During your stay you will have exclusive access to the entire interior of house, as well as the patio areas. However, the rear area behind the house (rear of BBQ area) is gated and locked and you will not have access to this area. A small locked cabinet in entrance hall is not guest accessible.
• RATES subject to change without notice. Inquiry rates are not a guarantee until reservation has been booked and paid.
• Long term +30 nights additional security deposit required. Long term cleaning fee $450.
•Nightly rates less than $219 are for 2 guests, additional charge for each guest.
