Private rental has one room with a suite style attached family room and a single full bath. Newly remodeled and very clean. Enjoy complete privacy in this lower suite with its own private locked entrance. Included is a small bedroom with a queen-size bed with comfy memory foam mattress, a leather couch that converts to a queen-size bed and small dining area. We can also provide a single air-mattress if requested. (sleeps 4+)

Special Note: This space is the bottom story of a larger residence and you can hear the occupants walking around on the floor above. We have installed sound attenuation and provide a sound machine to help mitigate the inconvenience.
