Take a look at this Murray Hill Gem! Enjoy your next Annapolis stay in the wonderful home built in 1931. Inside this Historic home is a beautiful and modern over-sized kitchen that leads out to a deck fit for entertaining. The lower patio is great for a nice evening of wine and cheese, and enjoying time with family and friends. There are three bedrooms on the second floor, with a large open area on the third floor that features a double bed. There is plenty of room to fit an air mattress if need for extra guests. As a great bonus, there is a fully furnished basement that opens up to the lower basement. There is a full bathroom on the bottom floor as well that features a walk in shower. The couch in the basement family is also a pull out sleeper sofa. This home is perfect for your Commissioning Week or Family Weekend stay in Annapolis and all within walking distance to Downtown Annapolis!

Summary: Beautiful enchanting perfectly positioned in Annapolis convenient to town and the naval academy. Plenty of room to Spread out with our large group! Loved the kitchen! Every appliance I needed and the cookware was spot on! We entertained almost every night in the adorable back patio and dining area. Such a wonderful experience for someone who loves to cook! We had a hard time leaving♥️. Absolutely no Complaints.
