You are only five miles from historic downtown Annapolis and the US Naval Academy. Swim, boat, paddleboard, bike, run, and more in this sought-after neighborhood.
The porch and balcony are where you will spend most of your time taking in the Chesapeake Bay. The back patio and gardens offer alfresco dining with a Green Egg grill, a new gas grill, and a beautiful Pottery Barn table with seating for six. The overhead fan will keep you nice and cool. Three firepits (two gas) are available for your use - one off the main bedroom balcony and another poolside, and a wood-burning firepit down by the dock.
Enjoy the many spaces this fantastic home has to offer! The warm main-level living area looks out to the Bay with an oversized comfy couch, leather chairs, and fireplace. The lower-level sitting room boasts more Bay views with a couch, armchairs with ottomans, and a fireplace. Downstairs, you can also find the theatre room with a Murphy bed, a large sectional, and a big-screen TV. The large and bright kitchen is open to the rest of this floor for continuous views of the Bay. All top-of-the-line, new stainless steel appliances.
