Positive: Quiet, large lot, water view, 15 minutes from USNA , screened porch, great retreat!
Negative: The remotes for light and fan work universally, so we had midnight turn ons / offs between guests on separate floors at all hours. Also, very loud unit turned on during night to disturb basement room... water softener? Not sure.
