This house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with great access to the sound and the beach. New construction for 2024! Right next door to MS-8 "Family Tides" for larger families that need more room!
The beautifully decorated brand NEW home completed in February 2024 is the perfect getaway for you and your family. Enjoy the private pool The Living room has an electric fireplace with a very spacious couch and TV to watch movies as a family. Fully Stocked Kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances. Elevator, pool, hot tub, and outdoor shower.
First level: 1 queen bedroom with full bathroom that opens to the den sitting room that has a queen sleeper sofa.
Second Level: One king bedroom with full bathroom. One king bedroom and queen size bunkbed room share a full bath.
Third Level: King bedroom with full bathroom. Half Bath on this level.
In addition to all of this, you can also take advantage of all that Monteray Shores has to offer including community pools, clubhouse with WIFI, gym, children's activities in season, bike and walking trails, playground, tennis, 3 basketball courts, AND TWO community Piers for fishing and crabbing! Monteray Shores is the only community on the North Beaches that offers a boat launch for small crafts (kayak, sailboat, jet ski)! The boat launch is available ONLY during regular clubhouse business hours.
