Welcome to the Mountain View Townhouse, completely renovated and modernized in the first half of 2023, this vacation rental is nestled inside the gates of Mission Hills Country Club. This stunning split-level townhouse boasts three bedrooms, and three and one-half baths, and has been upgraded to offer the utmost comfort and style. With its smart appliances, modern conveniences, and breathtaking southwest-facing mountain views, this is the perfect destination for an unforgettable getaway.
Upon entering Mountain View Townhouse, you'll be captivated by the sleek and contemporary design. You enter on the split level, where one of the guest suites is located. Furnished with a new slumber-inducing mattress and dressed in luxurious bedding this will be the bedroom your overnight guests will arm-wrestle for. The dual vanity sinks and large walk-in shower complete this luxury retreat.
One level down is the primary bedroom and the second guest suite. Both have ensuite bathrooms and plenty of closet space. Each has a private patio accessed through a sliding glass door.
On the top level is where you'll find the open floor plan ideally laid out. In the far corner of the living room is the natural gas fireplace, and in the opposite corner is the completely upgraded modern kitchen. The “home chefs” amongst your group will be impressed by the fully equipped gourmet kitchen. It features state-of-the-art stainless-steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the necessary utensils and cookware. Prepare delicious meals and gather with loved ones around the elegant dining table for a memorable dining experience.
There are two sliding glass doors leading out to the separate upper balconies, the one closest to the kitchen is where the 4-burner gas grill is housed. While the other patio boasts comfortable seating for 5 adults plus a table and chairs for 4 more.

A. Payment: An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required at the time of reservation. The advance payment will be applied toward the rent. Alternative payment options can be arranged by request. The BALANCE OF RENT is due sixty (60) days before your arrival date.
B. Cancellations of Reservations: A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur a $300.00 cancellation fee and will have all other payments refunded. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit.
