Negative: The air conditioning on the first floor was not working - in lobby, hallways, elevators The pool area was very dirty - old tables/chairs, debris, very unwelcoming - did not use even though it was roasting hot outside - disappointed We had to get a new room every time we came/went from our room (4 days) - card keys never worked Asked for a water and was told all the complimentary bottles were gone - told to pay $4
Summary: Our second time staying - first time it was cold outside so didn't notice the issues.
