This wonderful condo is located minutes from the Pigeon Forge Parkway and in the Whispering Pines Condo development!
Getting Around:
We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The condo features paved roads all the way to it and without any inclement weather any car should be fine but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area. This condo is located in downtown Pigeon Forge, TN and within walking distance to the Parkway.
Other Things to Note:
Must be 21 or older to book this condo.
This condo sleeps 4 guests maximum.
We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. Gas fireplaces are seasonal and operate around October-March give or take depending on the weather.
Coffee maker is a regular drip coffee maker. (bring coffee)

The outdoor pool and lazy river usually open around Memorial Day each year give or take. The outdoor pool and lazy river usually close at the end of August each year give or take. These dates are subject to change at any time and out of our control as they are controlled by the HOA. Any necessary maintenance work is out of our control, too, and controlled by the HOA with no notice. Thank you for your understanding.

Bears and other wildlife are common in the area. Do not feed bears or any type of wildlife and keep your belongings secured and vehicle doors locked at all times. Summary: We have stayed at Whispering Pines many times. The actual unit was clean. Furnishings were dated. The bed had an egg crate on top of mattress. Pillows were worn out, as was the couch. The instructions for the TV's date back to a former time. There is no Roku TV with no local channels. The spectrum app has very limited channels. The biggest issue for us was the indoor pool. The water temperature was freezing on 2 days of our stay, The other 2 days were bearable, but cold. We were concerned with the hot tub. There was excessive foam and the foam was dirty, so not really usable. We have never had this experience with the pool before. It was out of order last time we stayed. The hot tub has always been excessively foamy, but not so dirty looking. A pool I important to us, so this was a major disappointment. We did contact management about the TV. They answered promptly and provided some guidance. They were quick to point out that the TV is a condo HOA issue. I saw that was the same for the pool, so didn't even bother with that. If the indoor pool isn't a factor, the location is great and the unit and grounds are clean.
